The apartment is a one-flight walk-up with two very pleasant balconies (not Sukkah balconies). The kosher kitchen and bathrooms have just recently been renovated. The apartment has a lovely eating area. Also included: wifi, cable tv, AC/heat.

Located close to Emek Refaim, Baka Village and the shops in Talpiot. A short walk to both the First Station (“The Tachana”) and the German Colony’s main thoroughfare, Emek Refaim, Baka is also a short bus ride to Jerusalem’s Old City and Town Center.

The new Train Track recreation path for walking, running or cycling leads to the cultural and social hub of the First Station and at present nearly to Malcha mall (approx 8 km) in the other direction.
